MAIN FUNCTIONS
Within the Lallemand Plant Care North American Sales Team, the Broad Acre Crop Sales Representative will report to the Sales Manager - USA. Your job responsibility will focus on building and supporting our soybean inoculant and row crop biological business with concentrated efforts through distributor partners across this geography. The focus will be the Iowa geography and the surrounding states.
You will be responsible for sourcing new prospects, negotiating with customers, and closing sales deals. Standard deliverables include meeting sales quotas, positive customer relations, and increasing company revenue.
You will also serve as our technical ambassador; helping to train our customers in the proper use of our products, troubleshooting challenges when required, and representing our company at relevant trade shows and meetings.
With many new and innovative product launches planned over the next several years; this will truly be an exciting and rewarding opportunity for a sales professional who is keen and enjoys business development.
