Quality Documentation specialist

Main Functions

The Quality Documentation Specialist will report to the Quality Assurance manager. Key responsibilities of the successful candidate include, but may not be limited to

  • Respond to requests for documentation from customers (quality questionnaires, documentation, etc.)
  • Participate in the management, update and organization of the SharePoint platform
  • Follow up on raw material documentation to keep supplier approval up to date.
  • Participate on update technical documents, procedures and all other controlled documents.
  • Participate on review and update training plans according to the required continuous improvement needs
  • Participate in the complaint flow up
  • Perform any other task relating to documentation control and quality assurance

Technical skills

An asset

  • Experience in food quality and safety


  • A degree in science (Bachelor, Cegep or equivalent)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft suite (word, excel, outlook)experience with SharePoint is a plus

Personal abilities

  • Willingness to learn and perform various duties depending on the company's needs
  • Autonomy, ability to work on multiple and simultaneous projects, self-motivation, flexibility
  • Good in French and English (oral and written), any other language is a plus
