Digital marketing coordinator

Main Functions

In order to support the development of the portfolio for our Ruminant business, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator for Ruminant.

The Digital Marketing Coordinator will report to the Global Strategic Marketing Manager for Ruminant Feed Additives and assist the Global Ruminant Marketing team. The candidate will participate in the creation of operational action plans and their digital deployment under the supervision of the Senior Marketing Coordinator and will be in charge of digital projects in order to support the Ruminant range (coordination of communication campaigns, animation of digital communication plans including e-mailings, post social networks, preparation of digital media such as videos...).

This person must be fluent in professional English and must demonstrate interpersonal skills in order to work in a multicultural team spread all over the world.

His/her main missions will be:

Operational digital marketing :

• Digital project follow-up: ensure the follow-up and animation of the creation projects of new digital tools from the conception to the diffusion with the Global Digital Coordinator’ Digital Projects (example: development of e-learning modules, creation of visuals for social networks post, preparation of briefs for agencies...) in close collaboration with the internal and external team (graphic design agency, Global Digital team)
• Ensure the execution and sending of internal and external emailing campaigns for the Ruminant team (knowledge of emailing tools and mailing list concepts)
• Support the Ruminant team in recommending best practices when developing digital tools and/or analyzing digital performance indicators (emailing opening, publication visibility...)
• Support the local deployment of digital communication campaigns (support in adapting videos to match local market visuals, support in translating videos, social media posts, infographics, websites...)

 

Communication tool development :

• Update documents (Adobe Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Support the production of marketing content on ruminant breeding and feeding: help in writing press articles, testimonials, social media posts, video storyboards
• Improve the design of Powerpoint presentations, create new visuals to vulgarize technical content

Administrative Support :

• Support the organization of web conferences (logistics, analysis)
• Support the Senior Marketing Coordinator in updating the document library (product documents, test summary documents, bibliographic collections...)
• Support the updating of market trend data and develop associated internal communication materials to assist the Global Strategic Marketing Manager for Ruminant Feed Additives in his Market Intelligence activity
