Main Functions

To support our strong digital transformation, we are looking for our Global digital projects specialist.

The global digital projects specialist will report to the Lallemand Animal Nutrition corporate marketing director. He/she will have as main responsibility to align the digital technology resources with the overall business unit strategy.  The right candidate will have expertise on global digital programs, projects management, implementation, user experience/Interface, analytics, and mobile app development. In a context of digital transformation within Lallemand, the right candidate will establish strategies to drive technological change, improve user adoption of new tools and facilitate knowledge sharing.

The successful candidate will be an organized, detail-oriented, self-starter, have the ability to manage multiple assignments along with excellent interpersonal and English communications skills and the desire to work on a global team that is spread around the world.

She/He will work in an IT & agile environment with frequent interactions among multiple contacts: Corporate IT (web developers, Sharepoint specialist, ERP director, E-learning teams…), digital marketing teams and other departments to ensure the successful implementation of our digital transformation.

Tasks associated with this position include:

  • Manage the existing digital programs (Microsoft 365 suite, Sharepoint 365 Intranet, Wordpress E-learning platform, Documentation Management System, Mobile apps, …) by increasing continuously their internal/external users’ adoption.
  • Build a strategy to fill in the gap between comfortable and comfortless users with new digital environment, ensure continuous support & trainings to users.
  • Develop new features on these digital platforms to improve the user experience in collaboration with marketing teams and web developers
  • Manage users access to digital platforms considering CDP/CRM segmentation.
  • Optimize IT confidence on webinars broadcasting, interactivity & analytics.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing teams to design, develop, implement new digital projects and propose new training methods.
  • Work with internal teams, alongside IT agency to participate in the back-office architecture, design, data analytics of our global Sales mobile apps (on farm assessments to empower sales team to carry ROI based message with customer specific audit & rationalized product recommendation).
  • Provide digital support to the regional, local marketing and sales teams with regards to their digital needs.
  • Make strategic recommendations based on best practices, digital market watch and conduct regular benchmark competition analysis.


Technical skills


  • Master degree required in digital/IT project management or transformation or business school with a digital specialization
  • 3-5 years of professional experience minimum in digital projects management
  • Strong knowledge about digital agile project management
  • Proactive in suggesting new best practices to colleagues about Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint Online, Streams…..)
  • Mobile apps strategic development & deployment
  • Must be able to demonstrate English writing and speaking capabilities
  • Effectively communicate and publish projects timelines, milestones and key summaries to all stakeholders in a clear fashion as the project evolves

An asset

  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management /Customer Data Platform Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Experience with WordPress
  • Agriculture, Biotechnology, Smart farming, food Science industry knowledge
