Logistics Coordinator m/w/d

Main Functions

  • Implementation and coordination of delivery orders between production plant and warehouse in close coordination with production management and quality control
  • Independent handling of the international shipment of our end products, including the commissioning of freight forwarders and the handling of customs formalities
  • Ensuring the requirements for labeling, transport, etc. for the international shipment of hazardous materials
  • Independent processing of customer orders
  • Checking product availability in cooperation with production management and coordinating delivery dates in direct communication with customers
  • Invoicing end customers and checking incoming invoice documents
  • Documentation and reporting of domestic and international product shipments in accordance with the Plant Protection Act
