Regulatory Affairs and Documentation Officer

Main Functions

Documentation

  • Coordinate with Product Managers, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance (QA) and Marketing teams to maintain product labels, product data sheets and safety data sheets – includes file management internally and on SharePoint to make documents accessible to necessary teams.
  • Work with Plant Manager and Marketing to print packaging, including coordination of files and proofs with printers.
  • Coordinate with global Documentation and QA teams to ensure consistency in documentation and processes between the Americas and other regions.
  • Complete documentation requests from customers.

Regulatory Affairs

  • Submit and maintain product registrations at State level in the United States.
  • Complete state tonnage reporting, small package and license renewals on appropriate intervals.
  • Support product registrations in other jurisdictions, as needed.
  • Contact and liaise with State regulators, other external regulatory bodies or trade associations as needed.
  • Work with marketing and regulatory teams to verify compliance of marketing material and product labels.

Technical skills
