S&OP Coordinator

Main Functions

You will join the S&OP team in South America, Brazil, seeking a coordinator to Support the S&OP Manager by coordinating and executing processes to align sales forecasts, production planning, and supply chain activities to meet intercompany and customers demands. 

Your main responsibilities are (but not limited to):

  • Coordinate the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process at a global level, focusing on ensuring alignment of sales forecasts with the production plans.
  • Lead and facilitate regular Sales & Operations Planning meetings,engaging sales, production, logistics, and other relevant teams toensure strategic alignment.
  • Work closely with sales teams to understand market demands, ensuring an accurate view of future needs and promoting synergy across departments.
  • Identify and assess potential risks in the supply chain, developing strategies for mitigation and contingency.
  • Use/develop analytical tools to analyze historical and current data, developing accurate forecasts as a foundation for strategic planning.
  • Oversee inventory management, balancing product availability with minimizing excess, ensuring optimal levels to meet market demands.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize the S&OP process, enhance forecasting accuracy, and streamline operations.
