Techical Sales Representative - Uberlândia

Main Functions

You will join the Brazil Commercial team, who are looking for a Technical Sales Representative to help with commercial strategy and advancement, as well as to provide support for customers and resellers. Reporting to the Regional Manager. - Vacancy for Uberlândia/MG

Obtain market information on biologics and related products and, together with the Commercial, Field Solutions and Marketing Manager, analyze the information and select which would be differentials against the competition.

  • Enforce the sales and expense budget established for the territory of operation;
  • Develop distribution channels (resellers and cooperatives);
  • Conduct technical lectures for farmers, consultants, distributors;
  • Follow-up of product inventory in distributors (resellers and cooperatives);
  • Develop and map the region to capture new business opportunities;
  • Promote rigorous selection of customers through information for credit approval under criteria established by the company;
  • Generate new sales demands with a focus on quality and being a reference in the service provided;
  • Set up demonstration fields aligned with the manager;
  • Lead demand generation events with farmers, consultants, resellers and the like;
  • Management of the rebate program with the distributor (resellers and cooperatives) under its responsibility;
  • Implementation of sales orders in a software system pre-defined by the company in accordance with internal standards;
  • Construction and execution of the territory's sales plan.
