Main Functions


  • Independent realisation of technical projects: You take over the management and implementation of projects in plant construction, exchange of equipment, development and upgrade of process infrastructure - from planning to successful realisation.

  • Project controlling of planned, started and running projects: You will monitor and control the development of projects by carrying out regular progress reviews, identifying risks and initiating appropriate countermeasures.

  • Coordination with suppliers: You act as the central point of contact for suppliers, external subcontractors, coordinate all necessary agreements and ensure that the required materials and services are available on time and in the desired quality.

  • Interface function to production and production maintenance: You work closely with the production and production maintenance departments to ensure a smooth production process and ensure that projects do not interfer with running production.

  • You support plant management with development projects driven by corporate stakeholders.

  • Upgrade, change and transfer of the process control system is lead by you together with external experts. 

  • Ensure that CAPEX projects are executed on time and propose CAPEX projects for future financial periods.

You will report to the current project manager who will retire  - with sufficient overlap we aim to find a successor who will be able to gather knowledge of the current project manager and take over step by step the responsability of the role.

Technical skills


  • Project management experience
  • Technical education (e.g. HTL)
  • Commercial thinking and acting

An asset

  • Knowledge of Schneider Modicon process control system
  • Experience in GMP Environment

Personal abilities


  • Strong communication skills and independent personality
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
  • Adaptability
