Maintenance Manager

Main Functions

As a Maintenance Manager your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of maintenance operations, including preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting.
  • Develop and implement maintenance procedures and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with operations to schedule maintenance activities and minimize disruptions to operations.
  • Manage maintenance technicians and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities for improvement or replacement.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and prioritize tasks.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive maintenance program to ensure the longevity and efficiency of equipment and facilities.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and contractors to obtain necessary services and supplies.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and equipment history.

Technical skills


  • Strong knowledge of maintenance management principles and practices
  • Proficiency in project management techniques to plan, execute, and monitor maintenance schedules and projects.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of general safety regulations and procedures related to maintenance operations.

Personal abilities


  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair various types of equipment, including low voltage systems and logic controllers
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to fabricate or modify equipment as needed
