Quality Documentation Specialist

Main Functions

The Quality Documentation Specialist will report to the Quality Assurance Manager. Key responsibilities of the successful candidate include, but may not be limited to:

  • Respond to requests for documentation from customers (quality questionnaires, documentation, etc.)
  • Participate in the management, update and organization of the SharePoint platform
  • Follow up on raw material documentation to keep supplier approval up to date.
  • Participate on update technical documents, procedures and all other controlled documents.
  • Participate on review and update training plans according to the required continuous improvement needs
  • Participate in the complaint flow up
  • Perform any other task relating to documentation control and quality assurance

Technical skills

Required

  • Proficiency with Microsoft suite (word, excel, outlook)
  • A degree in Science (Bachelor, Cegep or equivalent)
  • Bilingual in French and English (oral and written)

An asset

  • Experience in food quality and safety
  • Experience with Sharepoint

Personal abilities
