Operator Cornwall x 2

Main Functions

The Operator is in charge of process operations and warehousing, including responsibility for CCPs, GMPs, Food Safety, HSE, proper equipment operation, adhering to all Safety protocols, sanitation, communication, and other jobs assigned, as well as collaboration with the entire Lallemand organization and Cornwall Lallemand team.

  • Managing the dryer operation,
  • Bagging finished product,
  • Collecting product samples for the lab,
  • Managing the upstream liquid operations,
  • Monitoring CCPs, GMP’s, CPs, and filters for operations,
  • Completing sanitation assignments, ensuring proper procedures and cleaning chemical concentrations
  • Preparing and verifying packaging and labels,
  • Doing quality control analysis on in-process samples,
  • Inputting data into several production, quality, and sanitation logs,
  • Shipping and Receiving duties,
  • Working in a manner that conforms to Environmental, Health and Safety policies,
  • Maintain quality and food safety for area of responsibility and according to food safety and quality policies and procedures,
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Technical skills

Required

  • Experience with Manufactuing, operations and use of different computer programs.

An asset

  • Experience with Food Manufactuing, operations, CIP, GPM and use of difference computer programs.
