Quality Documentation Intern

Main Functions

  • With the help and directions from the Supplier Documentation Specialist; manage, collect, monitor, review for compliance and upload on SharePoint, all documentation related to supplier quality for NAB to ensure library remains organized (archive as needed).
  • Act as direct link with raw material suppliers’ Quality department regarding their products’ documentation.
  • Flag to Supplier Document Specialist when documentation is in so it can be reviewed for compliance for approvals from the QA Managers to be coordinated.
  • Work closely with Director of Quality or designee to review and update Quality Data Database.
  • Participate actively in quality control training programs (review, create and upload content on learning management system).
  • Translate procedures and other technical documents to French and/or English.
  • Support quality team as needed.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Technical skills

Required

  • Education profile in Chemistry, Microbiology, Food Science, Biology, Nutrition or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient in English and French (verbal and in written).

An asset

  • Experience with quality documentation of products and processes is a plus.
  • Work experience where attention to detail was key is a plus.
