Main Functions

The Digital assistant (work/study training program)  will report to the Global Marketing Communications Manager and will assist the Corporate digital team. The candidate will have as main global responsibility to help on facilitating access to information accompanying our massive global digital transformation with administrative support & data management with growing digital platforms.

This person must have excellent interpersonal and English communications skills and the desire to work on a global team that is spread around the world.

Administrative support for marketing team associated with this position include but not limited to:

  • Data management: help on improving and maintaining our CRM database quality, existing contacts and support sales team for leads qualification process (Microsoft Dynamics) (in liaison with digital marketing team and sales);
  • Documentation Management System (Wordpress): helps on training, quality control & User X improvement;
  • Managing Internal & External User accesses to growing global digital platforms (DMS, E-learning, Mobile apps…);
  • Create a new pictures & video files library (Sharepoint);
  • Exploring new assets of Microsoft 365 (Teams, Sharepoint, Stream, Planner…) to propose new working methods;
  • Supporting webinar logistics (rehearsal with speakers, registration page set up, analytics tracking) and provide support on internal trainings about our webinar tool (gotowebinar);
  • Support File Management across the departments.

Technical skills


  • Likes digital environment & new technologies
  • English spoken and written - advanced level
  • School level: Bachelor or high school diploma +2 university years in Marketing/ IT/data management, Administration

An asset

  • Experience with Microsoft Teams, Sharepoint, Word Press, GoToMeeting
  • Previous CRM experience is a plus (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred)
  • Microsoft Powerpoint (Design) and Adobe Indesign knowledge is a plus
  • Agriculture, Biotechnology, Science industry knowledge is a plus, not compulsory
