Customer Service Manager North America

Main Functions

As a the Customer Service Manager for our division, your main tasks will be:

Manage orders

  • Manage a few client accounts (order entry to delivery)

Human ressources

  • Manage a team of 5 employees on 3 sites in North America (2 sites in US and 1 in Canada)
  • Set-up the objectives of the team and organise their periodic evaluation
  • Update job profiles
  • Recruit when needed

Customer Service

  • Support Customer Service team (general organisation, shipments, clients complaints, IT, etc)
  • Follow-up the order register with the Planner and Customer Service team
  • Monitor, develop and analyse Customer Service KPI
  • Manage and follow-up customer specific requirements and clients' files
  • Update and create Customer Service SOP
  • Monitor client's forecasts
  • Follow-up monthly sales
  • Validate supply agreements when necessary
  • Conduct annual customer survey and propose recommendations

Any other related tasks and projects

Technical skills

Required

  • Experience in personnel management
  • Experience in logistics
  • Experience in customer service
  • Fluent in English
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office (Particularly Excel)

An asset

  • Experience in food industry
  • Billingual French English
