Marketing coordinator

Main Functions

In order to support immediate increasing communication needs for our Ruminant feed additives portfolio (Levucell SC, Proternative…..), Lallemand Animal Nutrition is looking for a Ruminant Marketing coordinator- for a 6 month contract.

The candidate will interact with our Ruminant Global Content & Business Intelligence Manager, Global category Manager and Marketing Communications teams. She/ He  participates to the marketing communications actions plan definition and will be in charge of operational marketing tasks for the Ruminant portfolio (Sales tools development , Communications campaigns coordination, Events……)

This person must have excellent interpersonal and English communications skills and the desire to work on a global team that is spread around the world. 

Main missions will be: 

  • Updating/correcting product documentation (Adobe Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) 
  • Improving Look & Feel of Powerpoint presentations
  • Coordinating new Marketing tools production (Printed likes Brochures, Trial Summaries or Digital as E-learning, webs…..)  in collaboration with Internal team (Tech service/Product Managers) and External partner (agency)  - Design/ Execution and Internal-External diffusion
  • Pushing the deployment of our Ruminant communications campaigns in different territories
  • Developing operational marketing aspects for Events /Conferences

 

 

Technical skills

Required

  • Must be able to demonstrate English writing and speaking capabilities
  • Bac +3 degree required in agriculture, marketing/communications or related field with a minimum of 4/5 years experience
  • Microsoft Powerpoint (Design) and Adobe Indesign

An asset

  • Agriculture (Dairy, Beef, Forage) biotechnology, science industry knowledge
