Main Functions


Rattaché(e) à la Manager du pôle Fermentation Solide de l’équipe R&D Santé des Plantes, l’assistant(e) technique R&D devra:

  • Réaliser des analyses microbiologiques (dénombrements, isolements...)
  • Réaliser des analyses physico-chimiques (caractérisation de poudres, rhéologie)
  • Mettre en œuvre et suivre des fermentations à l’échelle laboratoire et pilote
  • Conduire des opérations de traitement aval à l’échelle laboratoire et pilote
  • Formuler des produits finis à partir des actifs préparés
  • Mettre en forme et analyser les résultats obtenus
  • Participer au bon fonctionnement du laboratoire et à l’entretien des équipements
  • Respecter les bonnes pratiques de laboratoire
  • S’intégrer dans l’équipe R&D

Technical skills


  • Bonnes aptitudes bureautiques (Excel et Word)
  • Bonne communication orale et écrite, en français
  • Connaissances en fermentation
  • Connaissance de méthodes d’analyses microbiologiques et physico-chimiques
  • Maîtrise des bonnes pratiques de laboratoire

An asset

  • Communication en anglais serait un plus

General criteria


  • Minimum 2 ans d’expérience sur un poste similaire
