Main Functions

We are looking for a clerk to join the Payables team of the Lallemand Bakery division.  The person selected will touch the manufacturing and corporate sectors of Lallemand Inc.

  • File and enter invoices into the system;
  • Compare invoices, receipts and purchase orders to ensure that quantities, descriptions and prices are in compliance with procedures and internal controls;
  • Verifying and reconciling supplier accounts;
  • Issue and send bank transfers and cheques;
  • Reconcile accounts payable and provide them with the necessary information.
  • Track credits and track problematic invoices;
  • Follow up as requested;
  • Create new vendor accounts in ERP.
  • Assist the Comptroller and the Accounting Department in all other related duties;

Technical skills


  • Experience in AP functions
