The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in microbiology, life sciences or two years equivalent work experience and will work with Siebel Institute of Technology staff to provide high-quality starter cultures for breweries. The candidate should have experience in a laboratory setting, understand laboratory safety and operations, and be a proficient communicator. Work tasks include amongst others sterile media preparation, preparation of yeast cultures and quality control testing and analysis.
