Main Functions

Intégré à l’équipe Lallemand OEnologie et relevant de la Responsable Qualité, l’Assistant Qualité aura en charge les missions suivantes : 

  •  Répondre aux demandes de document des clients externes et internes (questionnaires qualité, déclarations, attestations)
  • Rédiger et mettre à jour les procédures et autres documents liés à l’assurance qualité.
  • Organiser et exploiter le système de gestion documentaire Qualité
  • Participer au suivi des réclamations clients, non conformités, contrôles de changements.
  • Sera l'interlocuteur privilégié d'un client interne pour la création, mise à jour des recettes produits dans nos systèmes.
  • Pourra donner un premier avis sur la conformité des produits contrôlés, vis-à-vis des spécifications connues.
  • Sera attentifs aux évolutions règlementaires.

Technical skills

Required

  • Excellente communication orale et écrite en anglais et français
  • Bonne maitrise des outils informatiques

An asset

  • Première expérience en agroalimentaire et microbiologie souhaitable.
