Quality Assurance and Documentation Coordinator

Main Functions

The position will report to the Animal Nutrition Global Quality Manager. Key responsibilities of the successful candidate include, but are not limited to, North, Central and South American product documentation management for product labeling, local quality assurance system management and customer requests. The position will work with various internal Lallemand teams to maintain the accuracy and consistency of documents such as product labels, product data sheets, certificates of analysis, QA procedures and fulfill customer requests for information.

Tasks associated with this position will include:

Quality Assurance

  • Manage the commercial group quality system in collaboration with global QA (including complaints, change controls, traceability and recalls, and QA documentation).
  • Manage qualifications related to foreign suppliers and local toll blenders, including on site audits in US.
  • Manage COAs and issue certificates of conformities.


  • Coordinate with Product Managers, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance (QA) and Marketing teams to maintain product labels, product data sheets, safety data sheets and certificates.
  • Work with Milwaukee Plant Manager and Marketing to print packaging for products produced locally, including coordination of files and proofs with printers.
  • Coordinate with global Documentation and QA teams to ensure consistency in documentation.

Technical skills


  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Adobe InDesign; knowledge of SharePoint is preferred
