E-Commerce Manager (m/f/d)

Main Functions

Are you a passionate digital expert with expertise in e-commerce? Do you want to have responsibility and drive your own projects?  Are you looking for a new venture in an international and entrepreneurial environment? Then join our newly formed European e-commerce team and help building and managing our consumer sales division.

Reporting to the Director of E-Commerce, you will work in conjunction with our product management, marketing and logistics teams and manage DTC sales of the web-shop and marketplaces; you will support the development and launch across new marketplaces and actively contribute to building a framework for further growth in the e-commerce segment. Your tasks will include:

  • Manage Amazon Seller Central and other marketplaces
  • Help screening and setting up new marketplaces around the globe
  • Monitor and govern price adjustments
  • Manage marketing campaigns
  • Track and report on relevant KPI’s
  • Analyze sales and profitability in collaboration with the finance department
  • Create and optimize SEO relevant content
  • Production and stock planning together with the logistics department
  • Work with product management to find and develop new consumer products from our vast product portfolio
  • Respond to customer queries

Technical skills


  • BSc in business, e-commerce, marketing or similar
  • Career changers with a completed apprenticeship and relevant experience welcome!
  • Other appropriate experience with a significant record in this area

Personal abilities


  • Experience in e-commerce sales, SEO and content marketing
  • Well acquainted with Amazon Seller Central
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and at least one other European language, other languages are a plus

An asset

  • Knowledge of other European marketplaces preferred, e.g. the IMN partners
