Main Functions

Objective of the position:  Preventive and breakdown-related maintenance/repairs of equipment and infrastructure to enable the production of yeast that meets Q standards - Support with yeast packaging if required


- Supporting and execution of  planned services, maintenance and repair work
- Supporting and execution in carrying out breakdown-related repairs and, if necessary, service and maintenance work
- Supporting and execution in repairs and maintenance in packaging of the finished product in various packaging sizes
- Carrying out cleaning work
- Dealing with deviations, if necessary after consultation with the plant management
- Commitment to qulity management system including HACCP, food fraud and food defense


Technical skills


  • Appropriate apprenticeship or training e.g. but not limited to as a mechanic, precision mechanic, locksmith, electronics technician
  • Professional experience required for a minimum of 3 years

An asset

  • German language skills
  • Forklift license desirable, welding license

General criteria


  • Work permit in the EU
