You warrant that the information you provide to Lallemand is correct to your best knowledge and that you have the right to disclose such information to Lallemand. You give your consent to Lallemand to collect your personal data for purposes of managing Lallemand's recruitment related activities as well as for organizational planning purposes globally.

Consequently, Lallemand may use your personal data in relation to the evaluation and selection of applicants. Lallemand does not disclose your personal data to unauthorized third parties. However, as a global corporation consisting of multiple affiliated companies in various countries, Lallemand has international sites and uses resources located throughout the world. Lallemand may from time to time use third parties to act on its behalf.

You agree to the fact that to the extent necessary your personal data may be transferred and/or disclosed to any company within Lallemand group of companies as well as to third parties acting on Lallemand's behalf, including also transfers to servers and databases outside the country where you provided Lallemand with your personal data.

Please note that Lallemand does not need any personal identification numbers (e.g. social security number) in order to identify the candidates. Therefore it is recommended that you do not include this information in your Candidate Profile/Resume.
