Quality Control Coordinator

Main Functions

Under the supervision of the QC Manager, you will work conjointly in the analytical lab to do the chemical analysis, especially enzyme analysis to release or not raw materials and finished products following established parameters. You will also develop new analytical methods and participate in the writing of R&D reports.

Responsabilities:

  • Release of raw materials;
  • Analysis of finished products;
  • Compilation of results;
  • Production of Certificate of analysis;
  • Positive release on finished products;
  • Management of non-conformities;
  • Shelf life testing;
  • Be part of the R&D team;
  • Results analysis and reports writing.

Technical skills

Required

  • Knowledge of HACCP principles and good laboratory practices
  • Familiar with physic-chemical lab technics, aseptic sampling
  • Knowledge of the requirements for writing R&D reports
  • B.Sc. in biology/biochemistry or other relevant fields
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft office, Work, Excel and Outlook.

An asset

  • Excellent writing and oral communication skills in French and English; Spanish is an asset
