Lab Technician

Main Functions

As a Lab Technician your responsibilities may include:

  • Sample collection and preparation;
  • Responsible for various chemical, physical and microbiological analysis;
  • Preparation of sterile fermentation medias for production; 
  • Preparation of yeast lab precultures for production;
  • Responsible for lab scale beer fermentations;
  • Preparation and execute of realtime-PCR Tests;
  • Control of measuring and monitoring devices;
  • Documentation of all analyzed parameters in the internal database;
  • Establishment of new analytical methods and SOPs;

Technical skills
