Technologist

Main Functions

To be successful in this role, you should be eager to learn and ask questions, readiness to take responsibility and make decisions also in stress situations.

Description of position:

  • Production planning.
  • Investigation of the deviations of the technological processes.
  • Preparation of production recipes.
  • Checking the conformance to production procedures.
  • Making proposals to develop and improve processes.
  • Inspecting and checking the production area to ensure that food safety and hygiene requirements are met.
  • Production inventory management.

 

Technical skills

Required

  • Very good command of Estonian, both spoken and written
  • Good English skills, both spoken and written
  • Very good Microsoft Excel skills
  • Excellent analytical, planning and organizational skills

An asset

  • Russian language skills at the level necessary for basic communication
  • Previous work experience in a manufacturing company and knowledge of food production requirements
