Bakery Ingredients Technical Sales Employee

Main Functions

The resource will  be included in a dedicated training course, also abroad in other companies of the Group, at the end of which her/his tasks will be the following:

  • She/He will develop new products (bakery ingredients) and markets, acquiring and retaining new costumers (resellers, production companies, large-scale distribution).
  • She/He will technically present new products to costumers, demonstrating  their quality and managing technical aspects, according to market requirements.
  • She/He will work about 30% of the time to meet customers, with the sales manager, and get to know the R&D and production realities of the other companies in the Group. The remaining time will be spent working in the sales office.
  • She/He will report to the sales manager.
  • She/he will carry out budgeting and reporting to the Group and liaise with the company's and the Group's technical and sales consultants.

 

 

Technical skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Technology
  • Experience in food-baking sector (senior)
  • Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English
  • Excellent computer knowledge, particularly of excel

Personal abilities

Required

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership skills
  • Availability for relocation in the province of Florence
  • Willingness to travel and make frequent assignments
