Digitalization Manager - Europe and South Africa
Main Functions
Your Role: As the Digitalization Manager, you will be the driving force behind our digital initiatives. You will lead certain implementations but also be involved hands-on. Initiatives include such things as:
- Lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations across EMEA sites.
- Ensure seamless integration and data governance.
- Coordinate the deployment of “Factry Historian” in all plants.
- Manage SharePoint content.
- Champion the Work Your Way program to enhance employee efficiency with Microsoft 365.
- Oversee CRM and Digital Marketing.
- Plan for business continuity and assist with IT integration of acquisitions.
Technical skills
Required
- Educational Background: You have a relevant degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: You are proficient in a digital transformation supporting initiative, like Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations, data governance, and / or digital tools like SharePoint and CRM systems.
An asset
- Language Skills: You are fluent in English. Additional language skills would be an advantage.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a digital transformation, ERP implementation, data governance or a similar role supporting a business

- Soft Skills: You have strong leadership, communication, and project management skills. In addition, you can coordinate with various departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Collaboration: You enjoy to working closely with technical teams to ensure project objectives and requirements are met. You can collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve project issues and ensure successful project delivery.
General criteria
Required
- Ability to travel up to 20 % of work days
- Your location: The position is flexible and can be based in your home office or one of our sites or offices in Europe.
