Main Functions

Do you have the profile of a Day Maintenance Planner?

Responsibilities for the role include :

  • Ensure that corrective maintenance is carried out within the required timescales and take part in troubleshooting episodes, particularly for the supply of spare parts in the event of an emergency (finding suppliers, ordering).
  • Participate in various continuous improvement projects, on equipment, process or building and special mandates.
  • Supporting staff in checking alarms on the ventilation control software.
  • Working with subcontractors on various equipment and service maintenance projects.
  • Participate in various special mandates.
  • In collaboration with the maintenance supervisor, plan and coordinate equipment preventive maintenance in accordance with the preventive maintenance programme.
  • Supervising subcontractors and documenting work carried out.
  • Managing spare parts (filing, identification and inventories).
  • Keeping the Interal preventive maintenance software up to date.
  • Document work carried out (work orders).
  • Report any anomalies or improvements required to the building.
  • Carry out various errands and purchases for company needs.
  • Ensure compliance with C-TPAT and GMP policies, internal procedures and health and safety regulations.
  • Completing the required files and records.
  • Collaborate with engineering, production and quality assurance.
  • Participate in all other tasks.

Technical skills

Required

  • Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS) in electromechanics or equivalent.

An asset

  • Possess relevant experience
  • Experience of working in the pharmaceutical or food sector

Personal abilities

Required

  • Excellent knowledge of Internal or other maintenance management software.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in French.
  • Good knowledge of English.

General criteria

Required

  • Valid driving licence and car.
