Lallemand Baking (North America Baking) is seeking a motivated intern to play a key role in launching our Center of Excellence (COE) for Business Intelligence (BI). You won’t just be analyzing spreadsheets—you’ll be unlocking insights, promoting data literacy, and creating powerful dashboards that inform decision-making across the business. If you're excited about transforming raw data into actionable strategies, this internship is for you! 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:  

• Collaborate with Data Analysts: Support the realization of impactful Power BI projects that drive business insights. 
• Promote Data Literacy: Champion best practices in data usage and analysis within our BI community. 
• Define Business-Critical Data: Assist in identifying data requirements, shaping business rules, and ensuring accuracy. 
• Build & Maintain Resources: Create and update materials for our Center of Excellence (COE) in Business Intelligence. 
• Innovate & Improve: Explore opportunities to enhance reporting processes and drive continuous improvement. 

Technical skills

Required

• Currently pursuing a college/university degree in a field related to data (Business Intelligence, Data Science, IOT).
• Data Fluency: Basic working knowledge of SQL or PL SQL.
• Data Analysis Tools: Fundamental understanding of Power Query and DAX.
• BI Tools: Hands-on experience with Power BI or similar platforms like Tableau, Qlik Sense, Grafana, or Birst.
• Supply Chain Insight: Understanding of supply chain principles and their data requirements.
• Data Modeling: Familiarity with dimensional data modeling and business intelligence concepts.
