DAP (Digital Adoption Platform) Content Creator

Main Functions

We are seeking a skilled DAP (Digital Adoption Platform) Content Creator to join our team and support the implementation of the WalkMe platform and will assist with building training materials on our Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations ERP. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing digital guidance content to enhance user experience and drive digital adoption goals. The position will be reporting to the Organizational Change Management Leader.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify learning objectives and apply the correct DAP solution.
  • Design and build digital guided training content using the WalkMe Editor software for Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations platform.
  • Conduct platform quality assurance testing and lead solutioning sessions with the SMEs.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot published DAP content.
  • Consult on DAP best practices and creative DAP solutions that deliver maximum impact on KPIs.
  • Collaborate with various business streams to ensure alignment and successful implementation.
  • Document and develop training materials for servicing and maintaining all created content.
  • Leverage DAP Leverage user behaviour analytics to prioritize and improve content delivery and provide better support for the end users.
  • With the help of WalkMe analytics, understand product usage metrics to develop the digital adoption content roadmap.

Technical skills

Required

  • Background in instructional design or learning & development.
  • WalkMe or another DAP platform implementation experience

An asset

  • Experience with Dynamics Finance and Operations ERP
  • Certification in WalkMe Builder I and II courses through the Digital Adoption Institute.

  • Good technical writing and oral communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail
  • Experience working in an environment that requires the ability to multitask and prioritize a workload of competing priorities
