Data Management and Intelligence Specialist

Main Functions

• SharePoint Management: Structure data, manage access, and create groups and teams as needed.
• Access Governance: Control permissions for reports, files, and systems.
• ClickUp Administration: Implement and manage workflows and access within the tool.
• Support for Data Intelligence: Collaborate on the creation and improvement of reports and automations.
• Identify Opportunities: Seek opportunities for automation and process optimization.

Technical skills

Required

• Experience with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Servers)
• Knowledge of Cloud Computing (e.g. Azure, AWS) and programming languages such as Python, DAX, SQL
• Proficiency in PowerBI and Advanced Excel
• Experience with system integration and APIs
• Ability to structure and manage data workflows across multiple platforms
• Advanced English proficiency
