Quality Assurance Analyst

Main Functions

What are the responsibilities?

• Ensuring adherence to established specifications and standards and quality standards, providing technical guidance to factory professionals.

• Dealing with non-conformities (internal, external and customer) through meetings and monitoring proposed corrective and preventive actions.

• Reviewing documentation, specifications, technical documents and training.

• Carrying out activities focused on the Sustainability area, when necessary.

• Prohibiting non-conforming products by physically identifying them, informing the areas involved, as well as generating non-conformity reports for products that were identified as inadequate during the audit.

• Monitoring the annual audit schedule, considering criteria such as complaints received during a given period, new products and/or products with a higher degree of relevance, and submitting them for approval by management.

• Consulting regulatory matters with public agencies and national and international legislation to align the company's internal procedures.

• Contribute to communication, preparation of reports and document reviews, in addition to providing guidance and training on current regulations;

• Ensure compliance with current standards and regulations on Good Manufacturing and Control Practices;

• Monitor and analyze changes in legislation and technical standards.
