Northeast Sales Manager

Main Functions

Main Function:

  • As a Northeast Sales Manager at Lallemand Baking North America, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth within your designated region through strategic account management and targeted marketing initiatives.
  • This role involves identifying Key Accounts, Developing Tailored Sales Strategies, and Nurturing Relationships with potential and existing customers to convert them into loyal customers

Tasks associated with this position also include, but may not be limited to:

  • Identify Target Accounts
  • Sales Strategies
  • Engage Prospects 
  • Achieve Sales Targets 
  • Track and Analyze Performance 

Territory States you will Cover 

  • DE, NJ, NY, and PA 

 

Technical skills

Required

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in B2B, and focus on account penetration
  • Strong communication, negotiation, relationship - building skills

An asset

  • Familiar with Microsoft 365, Outlook and CDP

Personal abilities

Required

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, and active listening skills
  • Strong collaborative skills to work effectively in a team
  • Demonstrates good judgement, organized, reliable and work autonomously
