Main Functions

• Effectuez les opérations de fermentation demandées en fonction du planning et des directives

• Inoculer les fermenteurs

• Assurez le suivi et l'arrêt des cultures bactériennes et préparer leur centrifugation.

• Appliquez les procédures de nettoyage spécifiques à chaque atelier.

• Analysez et réajuste les paramètres de culture tout au long du process de production.

• Réalisez les contrôles nécessaires avant le démarrage et en cours de production.

• Renseignez les dossiers de productions et les différents documents de suivi et de gestion de la production.

• Assurez la maintenance de premier niveau sur les équipements

• Transmettez les consignes entre équipes

Technical skills

Required

• Formation Bac à Bac+2 dans le domaine des biotechnologies
• Ou expérience significative en production dans le domaine de l'agroalimentaire ou pharmaceutique
• Capacité à travailler en équipe
