Stage Ingénieur R&D (F/H)

Main Functions

Intégré(e) à l’équipe R&D procédés bactéries, sous la responsabilité du chargé de projets R&D, l’étudiant(e) participera au développement et à l’optimisation des procédés de production de bactéries lactiques (fermentation, concentration, séchage). Différentes analyses physico-chimiques seront également réalisées pour caractériser le produit au cours du procédé.

Les missions principales seront :

• Réaliser la veille technologique et bibliographique nécessaires au sujet et définir le plan d’expérience.
• Mettre en œuvre et assurer le suivi de la production de ferments bactériens à l’échelle laboratoire (Biolector, fermenteurs 2L, 5L / centrifugation et/ou filtration / lyophilisation…)
• Réaliser les analyses microbiologiques et physico-chimiques (HPLC, …)
• Utiliser les outils analytiques pour étudier la physiologie cellulaire (cytométrie en flux)
• Analyse et synthèse et communication des résultats
• Contribution au bon fonctionnement du laboratoire
