We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Business Analyst with hands-on experience in Microbiology, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or related field to join our team for a global Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) ERP deployment project. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the design, implementation, and optimization of D365 F&O Quality module.
As a Business Analyst, you will act as the liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring that the ERP solution meets the company’s operational needs and global standards. Your expertise in Quality will help streamline our operations, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency.
Tasks associated with this position include, but may not be limited to:
o Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand, document, and analyze functional requirements.
o Translate business requirements into effective D365 F&O solutions, including configuration and design for module integration.
o Facilitate the implementation and support of D365 F&O to enhance business processes while resolving complex situations and handling operational escalations.
o Support the global deployment of D365 F&O, with a focus on the Quality module.
o Support configuration of D365 F&O modules in line with global best practices, ensuring optimal system performance and alignment with business needs.
o Work closely with cross-functional teams (Customer Service-Warehouse, Procurement, Production, IT, and Finance) to ensure smooth deployment and integration of D365 F&O.
o Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions with key stakeholders to gather insights and validate solutions.
o Develop and deliver user training materials and sessions to ensure effective adoption of D365 F&O.
o Create and maintain detailed documentation of business processes, system configurations, and user guides.
o Collect data from plants in the proper format to be transferred into D365 F&O.
o Collaborate with the reporting team to design custom reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights into Quality.
o Develop and execute test plans to validate system configurations and integrations.
o Ensure that the module meet business requirements.
o Ensure compliance with quality standards and processes within the ERP system.
